For all those jets that have been cooled the last month let’s fire 'em back up. Our first, and certainly not last, juicy boi with our new favorite hop, Strata. Simcoe and Mosaic play co-pilot.

Poured into a tulip:
-Appearance: Hazy, bright yellow. Decent head retention.
-Aroma: slightly dank, with a punch of tropical fruits. Mango most prominent, maybe some papaya?
-Taste: dank, extremely juicy, with prominent notes of passion fruit, mango and some lingering melon. Mosaic and simcoe provide a touch of earthiness and spice, complimenting the fruity notes that are at the forefront.
-Feel: incredibly smooth and juicy; coats the tongue effortlessly. Borderline creamy, but purely in mouthfeel, not taste. Great body for a DIPA.
No need to be modest about this one, it honestly was beautifully done. Fifth frame strikes again.
