3 Piece Sectional With Chaise (10%) is our freshest creation yet. This luscious stout base has been detailed with imported cocoa nibs from the Amazon basin. We folded in peanut butter, graham cracker crust, and gently puffed marshmallow to impart a suede mouthfeel. It’s ergonomic design allows you to sit right down, and sink right in. Spacious soft cushions allows ample space for family and friends to enjoy. Built for comfort, not meant to last long. Do not put away for keeping in your formal sitting room.

This Stout is very, very dark brown and essentially black (SRM 38-40+) in a PBGC American Lager pint glass. It is dense and syrupy, with a head that builds long after the pour. The head is dark golden brown, tight and dense, reaching one-quarter inch and leaving no lacing. Spots of lace are suspended within a thick, viscous coating without legs.
The aroma opens with graham cracker and peanut butter. Both are strong and unmistakable, followed by sweet dark-roasted chocolate. Marshmallow and vanilla taunt cinnamon in the background.
The flavor closely follows the nose. Marshmallow and chocolate are closer to being on par with the peanut butter. The flavor is extremely sweet, with light spicy heat preventing it from becoming cloying. The overall effect is quite interesting. A long, initially mild, finish builds to become fairly strong. Warmth emphasizes the sweet marshmallow and roasted chocolate.
The texture feels precisely like suede against a chewy, dense body and light prickle of carbonation. Spicy alcohol is unquestionably present, though mild, for 10% ABV. Lots of residual sugar builds on the lips.
Obviously, this is a Pastry Stout, and one that is very well done. I easily finished the crowler with a little help from my wife, who rarely drinks beer. This one is a WOW beer, and deserving of respect.
