Pours a mostly clear brass-amber topped by a finger or so of khaki foam. The nose comprises sourdough, English muffin, grass, and cilantro. The taste goes in waves between mowed lawn, cracker, and mild loam. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a fluid feel. A hoppier-than-usual zwick, one that borders on astringency at times.
