Poured from a 16 ounce can dated 8/3/22 into a snifter.
Look- Pale gold, frothy white head, very hazy, no visible particulate, opaque, average head retention, above average lacing.
Smell- Pineapple, ripe melon, pithy, grassy, medium strength of scent.
Taste- Tangy clementine, pithy, ripe melon, pineapple, sweet, medium strength of flavor.
Feel- Between thin and medium body, average carbonation, moderately bitter, highly tangy, prickly.
Overall- Great look with pale gold color and an abundance of haziness. Bouquet was pleasant with notes of pineapple and ripe melon. Flavor was dominated by tanginess with some pithy and sweet character as well. Feel was slightly thin with a high amount of tanginess and moderate bitterness. This beer was enjoyable, but the dominating tanginess was a detractor.
