On tap at Village Tavern in Geneseo, NY.
This one pours a dark and fairly hazy orange, with lots of little geometric round bubbles, a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells kind of peppery, with cut grass, orange, tangerine, and pine.
The peppery bitterness here feels a touch of place, and it's slightly soapy. The juicy hop flavors are nice though, with orange and tangerine being the main flavors. I don't mind bitterness, but this was a style of bitterness that just didn't work here.
The body on this is a little flabby- it feels a tad underattenuated. It's still pretty drinkable, though, with a normal level of carbonation.
This wasn't too bad, but it clearly needs some work.
