one of the better beers in here, its hoppy and clean, a little less flavorful on the lager yeast and crisp in feel than the best ones of these are in my opinion, almost drinks more like an ipa here, but its solid beer overall, drinkable and fresh, with a familiar but tasty hop profile and a relatively light feel as they go, nice for summer. its almost perfectly clear, has a short white head on it, and visible carbonation on its way to the surface constantly. aroma and flavor of fresh piney hops, higher alpha than these have trended lately, less straight juicy, some pine and grapefruit to it, a little oily, but tidied up pretty well by the lager yeast, which is subtle in flavor, only lightly crackery on top of the grain, but does a nice job drying this up and making it refreshing. subtle floral honey in here with the hops, bubbly and satisfying. they had quite a few hoppy offerings happening here when we visited, but among them this was definitely one of the best. good times here, solid beers.
