On tap at Record Archive in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a very dark black color, with a small fizzy head, and not much lacing.
This smells like raw brownie mix, dusty chocolate, and roast.
I think putting whole brownie mix in here was a poor choice, as this just has a sort of a grainy stale bitterness to it that kind of ruins it. There is some nice other chocolate flavors, and a bit of welcome roast, but the stale astringency just kind of flattens this for me.
This is medium bodied, a little bit too thin for the ABV and style. It's not super boozy, at least.
This is a bit of a miss for me. I enjoyed it a bit upon the first few sips, but it deteriorated from there.
