We took our blonde ale and conditioned it on cold brewed coffee and vanilla.

Pours clear, gold in color with one half inch head. Taste is medium strength coffee and sweet Madagascar vanilla. Light bodied, slightly sweet with moderate carbonation. Not always a fan of coffee beers but this is a really good one. The vanilla is sweet like frosting and plays well off the coffee.

5 oz mini snifter pour on tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow with a small head. Not much lacing. Aroma and flavor of coffee and sweet vanilla. Mouthfeel is creamy but slightly thin. Overall pretty much as expected - nothing more or less.
