This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head and a bit of lacing.
This smells very fruity, with citrus rind, strawberry, white wine, and pineapple.
This sort of complex mixed fermentation beer is very much not in line with what K2 usually does, and will be probably overall ignored. K2 generally does big fruited smoothie sours, IPAs and pastry stouts, so they honestly have no business making such a tasty funky and fruity beer here. There’s lemon, pineapple, orange, and strawberry, with some sweet floral funk and a touch of white wine.
This is light bodied, with a juicy and crisp mouthfeel, and a very nice drinkability.
This is probably the best beer I’ve had from K2, by a decent amount. This is highly impressive.
