On tap at K2 Brothers Brewing in Penfield, NY.
This one pours a dark amber color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like caramel mostly, with a solid breadiness.
This definitely leans towards a more heavy-handed marzen paradigm here, with a big but not overwhelming sweetness. I want a little bit more hop character and crisp breadiness, but the malt character is definitely tasty nonetheless.
This is medium bodied and very drinkable.
This is definitely American-ized as the style goes, and almost approximates a brown ale profile. It’s still tasty.
