All NYS ingredients! Malts from Murmuration and hops from Cobblestone Hop Yard! A Rochester favorite! This is our interpretation of the sweet, malty, and delicious scotch ale. Brewed to style with a toasted oak finish; this is one that you cannot pass by.

On tap at K2 Brothers Brewing in Penfield, NY.
This one pours a dark amber color, slightly murky, with a small head and not much lacing.
This smells like toasted rye bread, oak, peat, caramel, and some light chocolate.
This is a really nice scotch ale – that kiss of oak flavor is very nice. It’s better than the more locally known Rohrbach Scotch Ale.
This is medium bodied, creamy, and quite drinkable. It goes down easy.
This is impressive given the use of only NY ingredients – it came out quite well.
