Russian Imperial Stout aged 8 months in first use Sazerac Rye barrels. Doomsday Hound is a beast with a roasted coffee and cocoa character. Barrel aging adds depth with a warming rye spiciness and nuances of vanilla and coconut.

L - Pitch black, no carbonation or head.
S - Rye, coffee, and heavy on the booze
T - Lots of rye and booze, semi-sweet. Tasty.
F - Medium body and smooth
