Aroma is pretty standard gose, yellow in cookie with a small white head. Flavor is a big pucker, with a long lime finish. Crisp in body with a dry finish. It delivers on the lime, but not the pie.

From the bottom of the can: "PKG 06/02/20 13:45"
Appearance: The body is a slightly cloudy, light colored gold. It has a medium head that quickly recedes to a flat surface. No lacing.
Aroma: It has a light aroma of lime, and what smells like vanilla.
Taste: A strong vanilla flavor comes through at first, followed by a tart lime custard flavor. These flavors carry through the beer from start to finish without any real change. The aftertaste is vanilla bean. There is a lot of vanilla character in this beer.
Mouthfeel: It is light and tart but there is this slickness to the beer as well. Carbonation feels fine.
Overall: The beer isn't much to look at, but the flavors and aromas make up for that. It's an interesting beer because although the can labels this as a "GOSE" it doesn't have any of the grain character that typically accompanies a Gose. The vanilla flavor is strong but interesting. The can states that this is made with "Florida key lime juice, sea salt, coriander, vanilla beans." The lime and vanilla certainly come through. It is interesting enough that I could drink it again. I would also recommend it to people who enjoy vanilla and are looking for a new take on the flavor.
