Fairly good Witbier. Poured into a tulip glass from a 12 oz. ca this beer was somewhere between a straw yellow and a pale gold color with a big frothy white head and some patchy lacing on the glass. head retention was good. Moderately strong aroma and flavor with some coriander, lemon, orange and slight wheat bitterness. Mouthfeel was light and crisp with just enough spicing and wheat bitterness to keep it interesting. Lots of better Witbiers out there but this one is enjoyable too!!!.
