Reddish/orange liquid with a thick, dense off-white head. Sticky lace fingers on the glass. I don't do many Red Ales so here goes . . . Hoppy, citrus notes. Some what dry with an ever so slight bitter after taste, but not unpleasant. I could definitely drink this again.

Appearance: Pours a minimally clear, reddish-toned body with a near white head.
Smell: Bready, toasty, caramelly malts with a fruity snap of citrusy C-hops and spicy herbs with a little spritz of alcohol.
Taste: Caramel maltiness of crystallized brown sugar atop well-toasted breadcrust. Citrusy, lightly pithy with a flash of red berry, herbal-spicy-sprucy hints. Moderate degree of bitterness. Warming throughout. Final big kiss of C-hops on the bitter finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-plus body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: It's like a throwback flavor to the earlier 00's.
