Very refreshing. A nice gold color with pleasant aroma of fresh biscuits. Taste is lightly smooth and crisp. Easily followed with another. A well done beer!

Poured from 12 oz can into pint glass. A pillowy 2" white head drops slowly, plenty of lacing. Golden color with abundant streaming carbonation. Aroma of biscuit dough and floral notes. Mouthfeel is light and crisp with a quick, dry finish. Flavor of cracker, biscuit, grassy and floral hops and a bit of grapefruit in the finish. Overall: well done and pleasant.

A: Pours a crystal clear medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation streaming from the bottom of the glass and moderate bright yellow + amber colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense pillowy foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of thick film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of bready + biscuit + cereal grain malts with a light to moderate amount of grainy sweetness. Light aromas of herbal + spicy hops. Light aromas of lager yeast.

T: Upfront there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of bready + biscuit + cereal grain malts with a light to moderate amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by slightly heavier than light flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are light flavors of herbal + spicy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away quickly.

M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially slightly crisp with a relatively clean finish.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a clean finish. Enjoyable and relatively well balanced between the malty sweetness and hop bitterness.
