L: Poured from a bottle to a pint glass. Had a bright yellow color and a cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of creamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Very good lacing.
S: A good, but not great, aroma of citrus fruit, wheat, spices, and malt.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (not a big factor), some spices (coriander, of course), lots of wheat (a big component), and some citrus fruit (orange, in particular). It's a classic witbier flavor, but slightly out of whack. Some of the ingredients (i.e., the wheat), at times, get a little too forceful. Nonetheless, it's a light, sweet, and likable flavor.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a slightly slick finish. Light- to medium-bodied.
O: A somewhat uneven beer that manages to work. Worth a try.
