Draft at the brewery
Nice foamy frothy head with med retention, fair lacing, semi clear slight hazy blonde color
Nose rich grainy sweet malt, cereal grain, hint of corn, lemongrassy notes again, herbal floral hops
Taste mild sweet grainy rich malts, cereal grain, little cracker, doughy, more herbal floral hops, med lighter bitterness, dry soft finish, more bitterness
Mouth is med bod soft, med frothy carb
Overall decent, not too much of the rich malt complexity and seems like the wrong pilsner malt, but decent
