Hazy light amber with a 1" cream colored head, which slowly fades. Moderate lacing.
Aroma of rye, pepper, fennel, caraway.
Taste is rye, pepper, fennel, light citrus.
Medium body, light carbonation. Dry, spicy finish.
This is a rye pale ale, one of my favorite styles. This one nails it.
