Red Sky at night, sailor's delight- a rhyme that sailors believed could predict the weather, but no one could have predicted how delightful this sour would be. The perfect color comes from a mix of Dragon fruit, banana, mango & a hint of vanilla that creates calmness with every sip just as a red night sky calms those at sea.

Wow, this kettle soured beer is excellent. Not too much of the sourness comes off to where it is painful like a lot of them. Color is strawberry red. Not much head left. The nose is from dragon fruit. Great sour beer.
