Pours a hazy amber with a 1/2 ivory head, which fades to a wisp. Minimal lace.
Aroma is floral, toffee, caramel, citrus, hay.
Taste is toffee, caramel, citrus, slight sweetness.
Medium to full body, light carbonation. Dry, resinous finish.
Some unusal flavors for an IPA but this is a very good west coast DIPA.

A: deep amber brown, mostly clear, with a moderate amount of head.
S: sweet pineapple and peach. There is a touch of a cloying smell, like it's sweet it boozy.
T: sweet with tropical fruit, and caramel. Slightly resinous.
M: medium full body, good carbonation, a little bite in the finish.
O: I really like this beer, it drinks like a IIPA, but when you put 100 ibu on the can you better bring the thunder... I'm seeing clear skies.
