Our house-made Oat Cream and copious amounts of Cryo Pop and Enigma make this beer a beautifully hazy and tropical, citrus and berry + a crisp hop bite libations. Full-bodied to match our Oat Cream profile, but the rest of the beer carries the 8.1% abv like a sack full of feathers. Please enjoy!

Got as a gift from hoptheology at the brewery. 16 ounce can into IPA glass, canned on 9/9/2021. Pours opaquely hazy golden orange color with a 2-3 finger dense and rocky off white head with amazing retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing on the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas and flavors of big Aromas and flavors of big orange juice, red grapefruit, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, peach, pear, red apple, grape, mango, melon, guava, red berries, citrus peel/zest, wood, peppercorn, pine, biscuit dough, light toast, and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Light-medium pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium-plus carbonation and body; with a great creamy/silky oat feel with a good amount of sticky resins/rinds on the finishing. No hop astringency after the finish with lingering resin dryness. Minimal warming 8.1% or lingering hop burn after the finish. Cryo pop and Enigma hops. All around very juicy with a nice level of dankness; and the hop character is unique enough without being weird. Spot on NEDIPA. Would buy more of their NEIPA again soon.

Oat Cream Double India Pale Ale.
Canned 9/9/21, into mini wide mouthed glass.
Orange juice appearance with a half finger of head. Very juicy and hazy.
Aroma is orange juice, apricot, melon, and grapefruit. A little bit of pipe bowl as well. Some sweet malt presence.
Flavor is dank orange juice with little bits of grapefruit and apricot. Very tasty. Right up my alley. Only very mild paper notes at this point (2 months).
Feel is juicy as all get-out, with moderate carbonation and only a slight hint of alcohol heat but enough to warm your throat just a touch.
Overall, easily my favorite beer I had at the brewery, and I'm glad I grabbed some on the way out. Gave one to superspak too. Would definitely buy again.
