Starling is a beautifully smooth and melty Milk Stout. Sitting at 6.3% with a dosing of chocolate and lactose, this beauty sings a very pretty song.

Received a can from a friend on 3-20-22. No canning date but likely February; consumed 3-22-22.
Beer poured black with a fizzy tall tan head that dissipated quickly.
Nose is nice, lactose and chocolate forward.
Taste is a lighter dark malt base infused with chocolate and lactose and hopped enough to leave a pleasant amount of sweetness.
Mouthfeel is on the thin side and not very smooth.
Overall the flavor profile is executed pretty well, not a bad beer but one i would not seek out for the likely price point which i suspect is $4-$5 for a can.
