Pretty solid,. Nice jammy berry character cushioned nicely with the white chocolate, vanilla, and graham cracker. Nice magenta body with a brief flash of a short whitish head. At 8% the booze is not noticeable. The beer is actually really close to a smoothie sour, which is a surprise given that it was cellared in my mini fridge for a bit. Somewhat on the drier side given some successful aging, so getting a little bit more complex notes such as licorice and tobacco (in a good way) on top of the intended flavor profile of juicy jammy tart fruitiness and the white chocolate. The vanilla is is a bit more subdued and the graham cracker isn't very clear, perhaps they've added a bit to the overarching complexity this beer has developed. I was looking forward to this one and it did not disappoint.
