Notes: Orangeish deep amber in color - hard to tell in the bar light at night - beneath a creamy head of white. In the nose it's sweetish and grainy with some banana and lots of clove. The flavor follows, malty sweet and wheaty with banana and clove. Mild to moderately bitter but still mostly dry in the finish. Medium bodied and spritzy. Basic Bavarian style hefeweizen. Well done.
