Single-hop Cryo-Mosaic IPA
True to their name, Mosaic hops express a wide range of aromas and flavors – from blueberry, lemon peel and mango to fresh pine, earth, and rose petal. For this beer, we used cryogenically processed Mosaic hops that are specially designed to capture all the intense aroma without imparting bitterness. The result is an extremely dynamic yet silky smooth hop showcase.

16oz crowler poured at the brewery on 7-18-20. Opened 7-22-20.
Huge 3-finger head with a portion cresting over the rim of the glass. Excellent retention.
Thick rings of lace early and wispy lace later.
Clean and clear, glowing, golden IPA. Ample carbonation visible and racing topside.
Bright nose of lemon, lemon zest, citrus and pine. Intense and zesty hop aroma.
Faint malt aroma/flavor apparent, just a vehicle to carry all the Mosaic flavor to your mouth and belly.
Intense berry and lemon...seems to increase in flavor as it goes into the finish. Orange, mango and pine are secondary.
Light body, medium-high carbonation. Lengthy hop-filled, and off-dry finish.
Very Good to Outstanding.
