16oz crowler filled at the brewery on 7-18-20. Opened 7-24-20.
Imperial Stout with toasted coconut, Sabro and Galaxy hops.
2 finger tan head with very good retention. Rolls back slowly to a 1/4" dense cap...sticky lacing early.
Jet black Imperial Stout.
Big pile-drive of roasted malt, coconut, and a large dose of hops to boot.
Rich mix of char and hoppy tropical fruit. Close to black IPA territory.
Unique combo of rich malt, espresso flavor and pineapple...very interesting.
Bakers cocoa. Grassy, green. Coconut mid-palate.
Medium to full body, low to medium carbonation. Long rich and roasty/hoppy finish...semi-sweet bot not cloying.
Very Good to Outstanding.
