Tap pour at the brewery. Served chilled in a snifter.
Deep gold to pale amber colored body. White, large bubble head. High ring but any lacing slides back down into the body.
Aroma is faint with malt, yeast, and a little sugar.
Taste is malt, yeast, dark fruit, and sugar.
Medium mouthfeel with syrup. Good carbonation.
A little harsh and medicinal but expresses the fruit esters well.
