100% clear golden color**A slight haze with orange hues in the gold color liquid**. Fat, clumpy white foam cap is just like seafoam rolling up on the beach. Tons of scattered and intricate lace.
The hops has a wet earthy, husky and musty aroma, as the golden grainy malt mixes in. Pineapple and musty basement. Peppery citrus and tangy mango rounds out the nose.
Taste is fruit-forward hops, boozy pineapple, peppery oranges, zesty and earthy tinge from the golden grains in the finish. Slightly juicy, slightly dry. **Very nice mouth feel with some seriously smooth edges.
A nice piney, and earthy bitterness rolls in that becomes peppery... Which adds to the complexity. I'm really enjoying this complex DIPA that is not thick and hazy.
