On cask. Amber coloured. Smells lightly perfumed with maybe some rose. Starts with a hint of pear before floral hops take charge. Rather dry with a fairly full flavour. Nothing spectacular.

Tasted by half-pint at the Dark Star, Brighton, on 9 Sept. 06.
A: orangey golden hue, translucent, a fluffy white head sustains well.
S: exotic aroma of apricot, Goldings hops, and a solid malty base... in the background a touch of banana-ish yeasty aroma lingers.
T: an earthy bitterness and Goldings' zesty hoppyness come together, making a good depth; intensifying dryish mouthfeel, clean, with a touch of banana-oil like yeastiness just like the aroma. The hops lend a dryish edge with a neutral taste in the very end.
M&D: pretty clean and soft palate, with a touch of fizziness too little to make it refreshing. Overall, not bad in its flavour profile, but it could've been better if served fresher.
