The colour is pale gold; the low white head is compact.
The smell is mild with some sweet notes of apricot sweets and yeast.
The taste is very fruity with a fine balance of aroma hops and creamy malt. I found notes of gravy, vinegar, and a slight chemical flavour. The aftertaste got a nice bitterness and an interesting note of anise (cough medicine) and citric fruits.
The carbonation is light and soft; the bubbles are small. The liquid is a little bit creamy.
A bitter with a lot of character and the right amount of bitterness.
