Dark straw color, clear at the bottom, a cloud of yeast at the top, moderate activity. Thick foamy and frothy white 3-4 finger head, lasting around 15-20 minutes, with strong legs and swirl reaction. Flavors of wheat, sweet grains, lemon, clove, banana yeast, and floral hops. Slick and smooth full body with prickly and crispy carbonation. Medium strength finish, dominantly bready and yeasty/spicy. A bit more powerful that regular hefeweizens but still represents the style well. Very nice balance in the ingredients. Filling and salivating brew. Overall high quality craft.
