Pours a bold whitish-blond hue into my glass, minimal head. Intense strawberry aroma with a touch of wheat underneath. Taste is somewhat medicinal with more wheat than strawberry. Finish seems artificial like generic strawberry candies. Oh well.

On tap at Vermont Tap House.
They poured this into a tulip. I get what's going on.
The appearrance wasn't too much 'blond' in color but more of a light amber color. A bar pour's kind of slim white head didn't yield much lace.
The aroma had a sweet strawberry tone up front and with a sly warming some tart strawberry opened up with a subtle crisp grassy to quaint lemony underneath.
The flavor leans towards the sweetness of the strawberries. It's mainly a strawberry sort of aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about light bodied, perhaps just a touch above. Great sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt on par. Finish was semi-sticky with the strawberry sweetness and a touch of tart.
Overall, very nice blond ale zapping in some creativity. I look forward to checking out Killington's taproom when I make it down that way.
