visited for lunch on a weekday, so it was chill. smallish room inside, with a serving bar and 6 long communal high top tables. More space outside though, there were patio tables, some covered - some people were sitting outside with their dog and were sheltered from the rain. there was a stage outside too, so they must have live music. 14 beers on tap, good variety of styles. I had drafts of the Vienna Lager, Czech style dark lager, and WC Style IPA and all were solid. Bartender was friendly and offered advice.

Stopped in with some friends on a Charleston weekend and could not have been more impressed. If you want IPAs they had several styles of IPA and pale ale, several with Double Dry Hopped Variants. All were spot on. Several big adjunct stout if that's your thing. But perhaps most impressively, they got the core stuff right too...their hefe, brown ale and Irish stout were all perfectly to style and delicious. Great, laid back vibe. Friendly, helpful staff. This is comfortably the best brewery I've been to in the Charleston area.

Very cool spot. Several styles of beer on tap and they are all good. They have a great indoor as well as outdoor space. Very friendly staff. I can see myself hanging out here more.

These are the new guys on the block, but have hit the ground running. I really like the selections and their hops are great. It was a bit loud in the tap room, but there were also A LOT of people in there. I LOVE the outside area and the service window to the outside. All of the beers were top notch with no flaws. I will be spending a lot of time here.

Great beer, great location, great tap room, great folks. Dog-friendly in the outside "beer yard." A wide range of beer options with wine and cider for the non-beer drinkers. Look for these guys to do big things.

Fantastic brews and killer atmosphere that is welcoming to all walks of life. Family friendly but also a perfect spot to break free from the fam and enjoy a few solo or with a large group. It seems there's always a food truck around too which is a huge plus. As for the beers: It's not often that a brewery nails the first batches in a brand new system and knocks it out of the park but Commonhouse did just that with no "dial it in" time. Can't wait to see what's in store for the future!
