2018 vintage. Cork was wet and bubbling when I took off the cap, so I thought this bottle was a goner. Wrong.
Smell - stone fruit, yeast, sourness
Look - hazy peach-tinged tan-beige. Finely bubbled head that settled quickly but persisted to the end. No lacing. Charming in the glass.
Taste - stone fruit, nice tart bite, Belgian funk.
Feel - light carbonation, nice buzz on the tongue.
