On-tap at brü co taproom, Sacramento, CA
A: The beer is hazy yellow in color. It poured with a narrow collar around the edge of the glass that completely faded away.
S: Light to moderate aromas of funk and raspberries are present in the nose.
T: The taste is a little sour and funky with flavors of raspberries.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is a pleasant sour that does a good job at combining in some raspberry flavors.
