This modern German Pils utilizes Jordal yeast, a form of Kveik, fermenting at a hotter temperature replicating the effects of lagering in a fraction of the time. The high carbonation accentuates the light malt flavor and opens the floral and herbal aromatics of the simcoe dry hop.

This one caught me by surprise. Super tasty, great balance with the hops.and exquisitely well structured. Just a really good easy drinker
Very pale straw liquid. Crystal clear with a vigorous and resilient white head.
Thin crackery smell. Pleasant but feint
Nice brightness up front, directly hoppy with some vaguely citrus notes but mostly herbal/floral hops. That up front happiness fades smoothly into a surprisingly rich breadiness. Very tasty.
Excellent crisp body
