An IPA double dry hopped with Mosaic and Krush. Clear amber brew with minimal foam in the Bacchus nonic. Aromatic with -- actually it smells just like champagne. Pleasantly spritzy on the tongue. Taste is sharp and fruity. Flavors of white grapes, tangy orange juice, with a lime peel finish.This is quite drinkable and not overly hopped. Moderate bitter aftertaste.
