From a 16oz can. No date on the can.
This beer has a nice amber color to it, and it is pretty clear looking. There's a nice steady stream of carbonation bubbles that are rising in the glass to the top. There's a 2 1/2 finger off white head. The head is fluffy looking and long lasting. There's some good looking lacing on the glass.
The aroma is pretty light, but I do get some grain/malt notes on it. There's a faint scent of hops, very faint.
The flavor has the juniper berry flavor up front. This flavor does fade a bit and then goes full on rye bread flavor. The finish goes to the hops and has a nice bitterness with it.
The body has a nice clingy feeling to it. It is sticky feeling. The body feels full. There's a nice feeling from the bitterness on the finish.
This is a tasty beer overall. A very tasty beer. The only downside is the faint aroma.
