Very easy on the nose, soft and comfortable to the palate, I find that this changes states to a more robust taste from the time it flows from the front to back of the tongue.
But make no mistake, this pack a very subtle but unmistakable punch. Just saying...

This place opened up last year and this is their second beer at what I guess now is my "local" brewery here in central MoCo. Pours dark golden with very little head or retention. Nose is yeasty and touched with citrus and light grains.
Texture is delicate and fitting and the flavor is malty and fruity. An interesting choice of style for a second offering; this is fine, but mostly forgettable.

Poured into a pint glass, the beer is medium, slightly hazy gold. Very attractive! The half inch white head dissipates fast, leaving some lacing. The nose promises malt and some fruit like peach. Tasting the beer, I certainly feel the malt, balanced by those fruity notes. It has Lager character as well and is very drinkable. A great addition to their very good IPA. This brewery seems to do things great, right from the start.
