On tap at Half Batch in Hendersonville TN, into a Czech style mug.
Pours a lovely clear golden with persistent white foam, quite appealing. Aroma is intense honey and hay. Flavor is similar, very heavy on the cracker malts, honey, and hay. There's some heavy herbal hops at work here and it's a little heavier than I would've expected. Feel is ok, crisp but still a little too much. Overall just too thick but the flavors are there.
Not a bad beer, but not what I've come to expect from czech pils in TN. Barrique has spoiled me.
