Orange in hue with a creamy off-white head. Aromas of grapefruit, burnt orange peel, and slight pine notes towards the end from Centennial hops. Medium body with layers of hops coating the palate gives way to a hoppy clean finish.

On Tap, pours cloudy apricot orange with a thick white head, minimal lacing. Aroma is citrus and pine. Flavor follows the nose, a touch sweet up front, some caramel malt that transitions quickly to a fairly bitter piney finish. Feel is medium bodied. Overall, a pretty nice beer that's advertised as a "North Pacific Coast" IPA.

16 oz can into a Becher glass.
L: SRM 5-6 Pours a med-hazed radiant deep orange with golden butterscotch edges, has a domed 1/2" eggshell white head, light steady carbonation, good head retention that goes frothy, med-heavy random lacing with broken sheeting.
S: Melon, citrus zest, a hint of grapefruit, berries, caramel malts with warming.
T: Gently tart and lightly intense melon, grapefruit, and citrus zest. Also lemon. Citrus frwd in the center and finish as well. Has a resin note, wheat, some yeast, it is slightly rich and tangy with a light bite at the top. Finishes fruity & resinous with some citrus zest.
F: Gently brisk then smooth medium-bodied feel that has a free-flowing middle and a medium-long gently dry finish that lingers.
O: A tall-as-a-Pacific-pine-tasting American IPA. The beer has pine notes, fruits, and sweet malts. Beautiful overall and totally fits the West Coast bill. It reminds me of Bridgeport IPA but with more gusto. It is excellent to outstanding in its style.

16oz can. Canning date stamped on can bottom is 'CANNED ON 10/10/22 DREAMINGOFHOPS'.
Clear, pale amber colored head. Fat finger of off white head. Leaves behind horizontal rings of lacing.
Aroma of toasted malt base, orange citrus and pine.
Taste is more expressive than the nose. Has the solid malt base, with grapefruit, sharp orange, and some bitter pine. Dank resin in the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Slightly sticky. Bitter dry finish. Very good carbonation.
Brewery calls this a 'PACIFIC NW IPA', and this fits with the appearance and bitter resin finish.
