16oz can. Bottom stamp is off center and not readable.
Amber brown colored body. One finger of light tan head, and this becomes an island and full ring. Minimal lacing with a few small scattered spots.
Aroma of roasted malts, woody, with a bit of coffee.
Taste is sweet roasted malts, and flavors of acrid coffee, tangy oats, milk chocolate, and a touch of vanilla. Aftertaste settles on the acrid coffee note.
Medium mouthfeel, with a silky texture. Bitterness is limited to the dark roast coffee. Good carbonation.
Dark roast coffee dominant, with some attempt for balance with sweet chocolate and vanilla.
