I think this beer is brewed by Miller which has a large brewery in Monroe Ohio. Brewed to compete with the explosion of micro breweries at a lower price point. I know I fell for it. $3.99 for a six pack I thought I'd give it a try. It's not terrible but it's not very good either. I think that's why it's difficult to find any info on the brewery, they try to sell it do you don't know where from it came

It's awful. I tried to think of it as a good blonde but it's not even that. It's certainly not an IPA. It has no good in it's flavor and is bland. Terrible!

Extreamly carbonated, smells like cheap beer and has a bad iron aftertaste.

No flavor, tastes like an upscale bud light. Minimal hops and barely constitutes an IPA.

I got this off the single shelf at the Kroger near the Metro South Sports in Dayton, Ohio. It poured a clear yellow with white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had hints of bitter citrus. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with grapefruit flare. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a decent beer.

Look - pretty clear but kind of a pale yellow color and a big big big white big bubble head
smell - slight citrus but lots of pine
taste - mild bitterness with a good balance between citrus and pine
feel - medium body but to much carbonation
overall - ok beer, probably better with less carbonation

Pours a hazy orange with a nice thick foamy head that has fantastic retention lasting throughout. Aroma is faint, very hop forward with orange, grapefruit, mango. The hop profile is spot on and I was pleasantly surprised by an unknown brewery that happen to be on the wrong side of the tracks (ohio). Very enjoyable session beer I'd gladly have again.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, no bottle dating. Bit of a gusher upon opening. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy pale golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to nice cap that lasts the whole glass. Nice dense foamy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, lemon/orange peel, light pepper, pine, cracker, biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/pine hops and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big big grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, lemon/orange peel, light pepper, pine, cracker, biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus peel, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, lemon/orange rind, pepper, pine, cracker, biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/pine hops and moderate bready malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is a delicious session IPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/pine hops and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth and pretty refreshing to drink, with the modestly bitter/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery feeling. Balanced juicy, dank, and vibrant hop complexity; with a nice malt backbone for the ABV. A very enjoyable offering and great style example. The Citra, Cascade, and Mosaic hops are very well showcased.

Bought a sixpack on sale at a Kroger in Ohio thinking it must be local. But apparently "World Brews" is a California company and "Iron Line Brewing" not the brewery name.

a: Nearly clear gold with an inch thick white head which persisted.

s: Slight mild bread

t: Moderate bitterness over a mild biscuit malt base.

m: Lighter side of medium, ok body and carbonation tingle

o: An undistinguished IPA with heavier hop bitterness (50 IBUs) for a session (4.5%).
