Had Tube Technology at Threefoot, Meridian, Miss., on draft into new-style tulip pint.
Pours lemon-gold with creamy 1-finger near-white head, with good retention, leaving some etched lace. Sweet fruity aroma off pour, settling into sweet stone fruit, over mild malt, as warms. Begins sweet fruit, carried by moderate biting and drying carbonation, over a smooth, light malt body, before a slightly sweet, slightly resinous, tart stone fruit, drying Brut IPA-like finish.
Complex dry, light IPA, with more depth than a generic hazy IPA and more hop effects than a Brut IPA.
