Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a hazed orange-peach-yellow color with a one finger head of puffy white foam. The head has a great level of retention, with it slowly fading over time and leaving a light level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the beer has notes of peach and apricot as well as some tangerine and orange. Along with these smells comes a lot of yeast and breadiness as well as some pretzel like smells. There is a big aroma of grapefruit and herbal hop as well a bit of earthy dirtiness and a hint of spice.
Taste – The taste begins with a cracker and bready malt flavor mixed with a decent showing of wheat and lemongrass. At the same time there is a strong showing of grapefruit and some herbal and earthy hop. The hop remains relatively constant, with the herbal getting slightly stronger and being joined by a light floral hop. The wheat and bread get slightly stronger toward the end, and with a little bit of citrus rind coming in at the end, one is left with a rather interesting but pleasant taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is medium in thickness and creaminess with a carbonation level that is rather moderate. The feel is rather good overall, nicely accentuating the blend of tastes.
Overall – A fairly fun brew overall. Fun to try if you have the opportunity.

3x dry hopped ipa. 8.1
White head. Hazy full golden orange.
Very tropical and fruity. Papaya and mango. Soft. No bitterness. Earthy hops. This one is really enjoyable.
