Pour is black with a very loose cinnamon colored head that quickly fades to nothing. Not super inviting. Lots of floaties.
Nose is chocolate, vanilla, hint of chili, lactose
Taste is chocolate, hint of chili heat, nicely balanced cinnamon (doesn't dominate), and a hint of vanilla.
smooth creamy body.

Pours a rich, chocolatey brown with a fat finger of mocha head that settles into a crown a leaves almost no lacing.
Restrained roasted malt aroma, slightly nutty, with light vanilla, pepper and cinnamon behind.
Creamy, chocolatey, slightly nutty flavor with an almost woody cinnamon addition and some pepper heat showing more in the finish and aftertaste. Quite sweet.
Medium bodied, moderately slick, with some light fizz from the carbonation.
Probably the sweetest tasting pepper stout I’ve tried. The light nutty quality isn’t to my preference, but it’s fine beer that delivers as advertised.

I have nothing but fives to give this beer. The sweet Mexican chocolate and toffee notes really makes this beer to me. The smell is amazing. You smell is more indicative of being in a store run by a chocolatier than a brewery. The mouthfeel is very silky on the tongue. It has very little head, but makes up with that beautiful chocolaty appearance.

Can. Light tan head. Black color.
Vanilla, cinnamon, chocolate, cacao, and then peppers in the finish. Fairly thick. Rich. Full of adjuncts. Lots of flavor.
