9oz pour at JHenrys on Clear Lake City Blvd.
L: there’s a film in the empty part of the glass. I assume this is sediment. Else, this review is suspect because of a dirty glass. Color is slightly darker than medium brown.
S: average, slightly sweet. A little bit of dark fruit.
T: identical to smell
F: thin, despite the sediment.
O: this effort is so far below everything else I’ve had from Ingenious that I can’t explain it. I’m so disappointed. I would really like to be able to blame the bar.
