A local burger joint must have gotten hold of some last keg from Ingenious. Poured from tap into a snifter. Deep dark brown color with a creamy beige head and great curtain lacing. Smell and taste of cherries, coconut and dark chocolate. A bit of coffee and bourbon. Sweet, rich, boozy and smooth as silk. Really nice stout. Too bad this brewery is no longer with us.

Dark brown almost black. Very minimal light brown head.
Smells like a combination of really good coffee and hot chocolate.
Extremely sweet, coffee, dark chocolate, burnt sugar, caramel.
Very clean finish, not dry but semi dry perhaps.
Had this in a 5oz snifter at Craft 96 in Mont Belvieu, Texas.
This is an awesome after dinner drink in lieu of dessert.
