A lot of potential here, but the extreme pastry stout sweetness combined with such a high ABV makes this a tough stout for me to enjoy casually. Worth the try, but can’t help but think it could be refined.

Pours a pitchy black color with a finger width brown foamy head. Head retention is decent. Lacing is good. Strong aroma of chocolate and vanilla with marshmallow. Rich chocolate taste with heavier marshmallow. Sweet but not overly sweet that you cannot take more than a few sips. Heavy bodied with mild carbonation.

Look: Pours the color of black coffee with a sand head that quickly disappears to a thin ring around the edge. Pretty good foam BB lace on the glass.
Smell and Taste: I guess it really does smell and taste like S'Mores, of which I for one am not into. Heavy on the milk sugars. Kinda of a strange aftertaste. Reminds me of Robitussin cough medicine.
Feel: Thick and oily. Carbonation is about right. Definitely don't feel a cough coming on LOL.
Overall: Anything with a double digit % ABV automatically get a bump up from me in the OA column.
